Toorak 2 is a 5 bedroom family home with a 3 car basement, gym, wine cellar, theatre room, office, formal dining and swimming pool. Given the block is a corner block our clients brief was a home designed around the swimming pool but also taking into consideration the blocks natural fall for the basement design ensuring the raked landscape allowed natural light into some of the basement habitable rooms. We have started construction of the basement with construction completion due in mid-2023.
