Hawthorn is four 3 bedroom terraces with 2 living areas each and separate garages to the rear with laneway access. Our clients brief was a striking design with a mix of face bricks, rendered columns and black aluminium louvres and front fence. The terraces are finished with European oak floorboards, two pack cabinetry, grey tundra stone benchtops and commercial window frames. These terraces were finished in 15 months.
